In 1 Corinthians 1:4 Paul thanks God for the people he is writing to because of God's grace in them. Pastor Margo encourages us to also recognise the grace of God in other Christians and to thank God for them.

Watch along as Ps Simon leads us through part 9 of our series on James "A Blueprint for Living Faith". In this message we work through the second part of chapter 4 where we will see the importance of trusting God in the small things as well as the big.

This week Pastor Margo reminds us that when worry, anxiety or fear seems to overwhelm us we are to do what Psalm 34:4 says. Call out to God and he will deliver us from all our fears.

Pastor Margo shares from James 4:1-10. We see that peace comes when we humble ourselves and seek God rather than our own desires. We are to resist temptation and draw near to God to receive all that He has for us.

​Pastor James continues moving through the book of James. He looks at the wisdom that comes from God as opposed to earthly wisdom. We learn that heavenly wisdom leads to peace and good fruit while earthly wisdom leads to disorder. We need to have the right perspective on life and listen to those who bring heavenly wisdom.

This week Pastor Simon takes us through James 3:1-12 where we see how powerful the tongue is. We are encouraged to take the time to do an audit of our words, and to each morning pray Psalm 19:14. "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer."

Pastor Simon challenges us to be transformed and to fully live out the life of faith. We need to realise that the fruit of our faith demonstrates the root of our faith.

​Pastor Greg continues our journey through James. This week we look at James 2 where James deals with favouritism which is discriminating against others because of external differences. We learn that favouritism is sin and that God has no favourites.

Pastor James brings us Part 3 of our series on the book of James with a highly relevant message that tells us we are to be doers of the word. We need to be slow to speak and quick to listen. To make sure we think before we speak or post so that what we say will encourage others.

Ps. Simon is kicking off a new series. It is one you won't want to miss! We'll be spending the next few months working through the book of James. The message of James is both simple and complicated and as we begin to unpack it together we will see that it provides us with a blueprint for how we can live out our faith.

Pastor Greg takes us through two parables that compare the Kingdom of God to very small things, a mustard seed and yeast. We see that both of these things start small but are full of potential. We must never underestimate the potential for growth of God's kingdom or God's ability to use the apparently small and insignificant to grow His kingdom and to bring glory to His name.

Pastor James continues the More Than a Story series. We see this parable has had a huge effect on our civilisation and the way those in need are cared for. In it Jesus challenges us to move past asking "who is my neighbour" and to reflect on what kind of neighbour we are. Listen and be challenged to show God's love and compassion to others.

Pastor Simon bring the next sermon in the More Than a Story series. He looks at the three parables in Luke 15. These parable are not so much about what was lost but what was found! Jesus challenges us to view God as gracious and loving. God is excited when the sinner returns, he loves us and wants all to come to Him.

As we continue our series on the parables Pastor Margo shares about the sower from Matthew 13. We examine this parable and see that when we share the message of Jesus we needed to be guided by the Holy Spirit so the seed takes root in good soil. We also see that we need to cultivate our lives so that we continue to grow strongly and bring a good harvest of praise and glory to God.
